Please read carefully. Mayra's Touch provides structured clarity support, decision preparation, and practical next-step planning for adults navigating life transitions. Our sessions are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, crisis support, or mediation, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for consulting licensed professionals when your situation requires legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, or other professional expertise.
For virtual Life Transition Clarity sessions and related services
Welcome to Mayra's Touch LLC ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our services. By booking, paying for, or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer virtual clarity and decision-support services delivered online (typically via Zoom), including but not limited to:
Our services are built on The Transition Clarity Method™ and are intended to help you think clearly, identify your most important decision, and create a practical next-step plan.
The Virtual Space Assessment is a visual and organizational consultation only. It does not include:
You are responsible for:
We provide organizing ideas and perspectives. We do not provide expert inspection, structural analysis, or certified design services. You make all final decisions and are responsible for verifying safety and compliance before implementation.
Mayra's Touch offers structured clarity support and decision preparation only. We may help you organize your thoughts, identify priorities, prepare questions, and create short-term action plans. We are not licensed to provide, and do not provide, therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, mediation, custody advice, or crisis support. Our services do not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor-client, mediator-client, or fiduciary relationship and are not a substitute for professional care. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. If a matter requires licensed expertise, we will encourage you to consult the appropriate professional.
Our services are designed to help you organize your thoughts, clarify priorities, and identify possible next steps. We do not make decisions for you. You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, communications, agreements, purchases, legal steps, financial choices, parenting choices, housing choices, career moves, or personal changes you make before, during, or after working with us. You agree to use your own judgment and consult licensed professionals when needed.
Mayra's Touch is not a crisis service. We do not provide emergency support, suicide prevention services, domestic violence intervention, mental-health treatment, or crisis counseling. If you are in immediate danger, thinking of harming yourself or someone else, experiencing abuse, or facing a mental-health emergency, call 911, 988, or your local emergency or crisis provider immediately. We may pause, decline, or discontinue services if your situation appears to require licensed or emergency support.
If your transition involves divorce, separation, custody, co-parenting, property, finances, taxes, immigration, contracts, employment rights, or legal deadlines, our role is limited to helping you prepare your thoughts, questions, priorities, and next steps. We do not interpret laws, review legal documents, recommend legal strategies, advise you on settlement positions, calculate financial outcomes, or tell you what legal or financial decision to make. Please consult the appropriate licensed professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
When you book a session, you will receive a confirmation outlining the details, including the service, date, time, and fee. Sessions are delivered virtually; you are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space for your session. You are also responsible for joining on time and making sure your environment is appropriate for a private conversation. Every effort will be made to honor your scheduled time; if a change is needed for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a mutually agreeable replacement time at no additional charge.
Fees are presented at the time of booking and are payable in full at booking unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure third-party payment processor as well as by cash or ACH. By booking, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
The Transition Clarity Session is $297 for the first five sessions booked only — an introductory rate to gather honest feedback and build early testimonials. After the first five sessions are booked, the standard rate is $450 for all new clients.
This is a one-time founding rate per client, not a permanent discount. If a founding client books The Clarity Path (3-session package) or the 90-Day Reorientation Blueprint, they receive a $100 loyalty discount on the package price. For example, The Clarity Path ($1,250) becomes $1,150 for founding clients.
In exchange for the founding rate, founding clients agree to provide honest feedback. Any testimonial, review, or public feedback is optional and will only be used with permission.
All fees are due in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure third-party payment processor. Cash or ACH are also accepted.
Your payment processor may offer third-party financing options (such as Affirm or Klarna) at checkout as a customer convenience. Those are separate products with their own terms and interest rates; we are not responsible for those agreements or their terms.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice and we will gladly move your session to the next available time, subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session, and missed appointments ("no-shows"), may forfeit the session fee or be subject to a rescheduling fee, at our discretion. If we cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.
Because our services involve reserved time, preparation, personalized attention, and/or written deliverables, fees are generally non-refundable once a session has been delivered or work has begun. Refund requests for undelivered services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any satisfaction guarantee that applies to a specific package will be described in that package's materials and is offered in place of, not in addition to, a monetary refund unless stated otherwise in writing.
Any guarantee offered by Mayra's Touch is a support guarantee, not a money-back guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. To qualify, you must attend scheduled sessions, participate honestly, complete agreed reflection work or action steps, and request support within seven (7) days of the final scheduled session. Guarantees do not promise any specific emotional, legal, financial, relational, housing, career, or personal outcome.
We bring structure, experience, and genuine care to every session, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, decision, feeling, legal outcome, financial outcome, relationship outcome, housing outcome, career outcome, emotional outcome, or personal outcome. The value you receive depends in part on your own participation, honesty, judgment, and follow-through. You are responsible for the choices you make before, during, and after any session.
We treat what you share in sessions as private and will not share it except as needed to deliver our services, with your permission, to protect safety, to comply with law, to respond to legal process, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Please note that, because we are not a licensed therapist, attorney, mediator, or medical provider, communications with us are not protected by therapist-client, attorney-client, mediator-client, medical, or other professional privilege.
We may record sessions for the following purposes only: training, quality assurance, accuracy of your written Transition Clarity Plan, and to reference details in future sessions if you request clarification.
Recordings are kept confidential and stored securely. Recordings will not be shared, published, or used in marketing or testimonials without your separate, explicit written permission.
If you wish to record a session, please email [email protected] in advance to request approval. We do not permit client recordings without our prior written consent.
All content and materials we provide, including The Transition Clarity Method™, the Decision Map, worksheets, written Transition Clarity Plans, and website content, are the property of Mayra's Touch LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. They are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or republish our materials without our written permission.
We only use testimonials, reviews, or feedback with permission. Testimonials must reflect the client's honest experience and may be edited for length, grammar, or clarity without changing the meaning. A testimonial does not guarantee that future clients will experience the same result. If a testimonial comes from a discounted, founding-client, gifted, or otherwise incentivized service, we may disclose that connection as required by applicable advertising rules.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mayra's Touch LLC (and its officers, members, employees, agents, and contractors) from and against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayra's Touch LLC, its owner, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, financial, relational, legal, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, resources, sessions, plans, recommendations, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mayra's Touch LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
